Who's Your Trainer?

A new trend today is working out with your partner, but who would have thought your they could also become your own personal trainer. A couple who trains together stays together.  Through the effectiveness of teamwork, couples can motivate and support each other through encouragement and praise.  By sharing a workout routine together you both can experience a consistent workout.
