Lets admit, it's much easier to watch what you eat when you are only cooking for yourself.  Studies show that with more time spent with your partner picking up eating habits, couples tend to share similar body mass.  By creating a scheduled dinner time, with a healthy home cooked meal couples can help each other sustain a healthy diet.
